Do you provide lab work for your products?Yes. Current 3rd Party Certificate of Analysis are avaiable on all product pages. 3rd Party Endotoxin reports are available for an expanding part of our product line. Hard copy certificates are shipped with each order.
Which payment methods do you accept?Currently we only accept UK bank transfer or Revolut Pay for EU/ International orders. Please contact us if you wish to use crypto. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT-ETH, and SOL crypto transactions. Please note you must pay the total basket amount + gas fees/charges if using crypto.
How long before I receive my package?All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail and tracking details will be provided once posted. All orders made before 12am (Midnight) will aim to be shipped the next day. Any orders after Friday 12pm (Midday/Noon) will not be shipped until Monday at the earliest. For EU or International orders please fill out the contact us form for a shipping quote before purchasing. Tracking information is provided when your package ships.
When will I receive my tracking number?Tracking numbers are typically receieved 24 hours after an order is placed. Orders placed after 4pm Friday will receive a tracking number the following Tuesday.
What if I have a problem with my order?Apex Compounds is committed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, including missing items, damaged products, or other concerns. The following policies will ensure a swift resolution.
Time Frame: Customers must report discrepancies within 3 days of date of receipt of product as indicated by tracking number.
Procedure: For any issues including wrong, missing, or broken items, fill out this contact form with a detailed description, relevant pictures, and documentation.
Resolution: We will respond in 24-48hrs after investigating and always strive to resolve issues to our customer's satisfaction.
